Established by statute in 2013, the Idaho Technology Authority (ITA) was created in response to rapid advancements in information technology and telecommunications. The ITA operates with a strategic focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of state government.
Guided by the philosophy of local control with central coordination, the ITA continuously identifies emerging technology opportunities for the State of Idaho.
